Our company started with humble beginnings with just a circular saw, 2 axes, an old stack of pallets and a whole lot of determination.
Over the years, Hargrave Firewood has started to grow the business throw entering the kiln-dried firewood market and it has become our mission to supply the best sustainable kindling for all of our happy customers. We have now grown our business to the point where we have customers based all over the UK whether it’d be up in Scotland or Cornwall, we strive to offer top-quality service and a friendly face that you can ask any questions regarding firewood!

Our Firewood
The dedicated team here at Hargrave Firewood are ready to produce, supply and successfully deliver ready-to-burn softwood, large logs, kiln-dried hardwood and kindling. The logs that we produce are dried to an average moisture content of 20% or below, this is so they are fully compliant with the Clean Air Strategy set by the Government.

Being a family-run business, we take immense pride in our firewood. We are on hand to supply burn kindling sticks, softwood, hardwood and ready-to-burn firewood, whether you are looking for a quality fire to heat your home or for your business – we’ve got you covered!
One of the statements we live by is ‘waste not, want not’ here at Hargrave Firewood meaning that we recycle and re-purpose 100% of wood that would be known as ‘waste.’ An example would be wood that doesn’t end up becoming firewood would be chipped down for applications, this includes animal bedding, biomass and more.
